As part of its approach to individual and community development, Fairbridge has developed the Fairbridge Weaving Results conceptual framework (see above). The framework draws on current evidence regarding the services and conditions
needed to support sustainable, positive outcomes for young people. In turn, it provides a guide for ongoing service delivery and program development at Fairbridge. It also provides a high-level outcomes framework against which the CSI evaluates those services and programs. The CSI is responsible for ongoing development of
the Fairbridge Weaving Results framework, using emerging research and evaluation findings to facilitate that process.
